I thought Carrie was amazing!!! She has the most amazing voice and her personality vibrates in her music! She is a phenominal singer and puts her everything into every song. She had super opening performances. The ladies all were terrific. It was the best birthday gift and a great evening for me!! Thank you Carrie!!!

EXCELLENT AT MSG NY
I can't say I was a Carrie Underwood fan when I entered the venue, but I left one! The staging was great and I thought the audio was fine for a large arena concert. It's great to see an awesome talent supported by quality production that you can take the family to see.
Lori from Toronto, Ontario
JUST AWESOME
I have seen Carrie everytime she comes to Toronto...she never disappoints!! Last night (October 14, 2019) was no exception...just awesome!! She has such an amazing voice!! The stage set-up was fantastic. Runaway June and Maddie and Tae were also fantastic.

DENIMS AND RHINESTONES - CARRIE UNDERWOOD
Received theses tickets as a Christmas gift. To be honest, this is not a concert I would have bought tickets to, but I’m so glad my boys did! Jimmie Allen was great, would have liked him to be on longer! Carrie Underwood was fantastic! She is beautiful, talented, sweet and can sing her heart out! I thought the sound was great at MSG! Wow….loved it!
Ann from Detroit, Michigan
AWESOME
Carrie was amazing! From her outstanding vocals and exuberant energy! Her performance encluded everyone in the arena. Well done!
The opener Jimmie Allen-however- not impressed. Made unnecessary comments about Detroit- having his bullet proof vest on ? And bashing the Detroit Pistons. ? Not good. Also- there was a DJ playing music in between jJimmie Allen and Carrie’s show- playing a lot of other music- not country- just a filler-again not necessary. Fans want to see and hear Carrie. That’s it.

CARRIE UNDERWOOD WAS GOOD IN SPITE OF BAD SOUND
I have been to many concerts at Staples Center and many by Carrie Underwood. The bass was way to high and it was difficult to hear Carrie's words while trying to connect with the audience. You couldn't hear her voice over the band on many songs and it took a while to figure out what son it even was. Not sure who's to blame but it needs fixing!

CARRIE UNDERWOOD CONCERT
I Thought Carrie Was Stellar and She Rocks Totally! I Love The Loud Music and Her Rock Twist to Her Country Music... Light Show Was Phenomenal & Although The Sound Was Loud ( Loved It) Carrie's Voice is so Powerful it Goes Great Together...I'm an Ex Stagehand so I do know Good Sound

AMAZING SHOW
Carrie Underwood provided an amazing show, as expected. Jimmie Allen is a upcoming country singer with a great voice!! Acoustic quality at BOK leaves a lot to be desired, as I’ve also noticed at other concerts at that venue. Could have done without the annoying DJ that controlled the music before show and during intermission. Not exactly what you want to listen to when yo go for a country based concert.

WOW! A DAZZLING SPECTACLE!
Call me a Carrie Underwood fan. From the first time I heard her sing a duet with Vince Gill in Nashville I realized her incredible talent, drive, and connection with the music she performs with such grace and confidence. Last night proved she still has it and her voice and command of the stage is as good as ever.
The 360 stage was amazing and every member of the audience got a great view of the show. The lighting and special effects were spectacular.
The sound... Ugg. Over the last 10 years an arms race has developed where they lean heavily on 500kw of huge pulsing bass and drums to create "excitement". Ugg.
Last night was the worst I have seen where the bass and drums pummeled the audience all night to the point of obliterating most of the other instruments, all of the backing vocals, and over half of Carrie's extraordinary performance. This unfortunate trend might work in a Rap or Metal show but for Pop Country it is absurd and is driving fans away from live music.

DISAPPOINTED
Let me start by saying that i LOVE Carrie Underwood. I love all her songs and I have seen her in concert about 6 years ago and really enjoyed. Something was off at the concert in Pittsburgh last night; October 12, 2019. The sound was bad and Carrie sounded tinny and off key at times. The volume was so loud that it was painful. The loudness seemed to distort the sound. Also, Carrie did not seem "in to" the concert. Yes, of course the songs were awesome; because, they are. But they didn't sound right and she didn't seem to be enjoying herself. I was disappointment. I also don't know if I liked the new stage in a type of circle on the center of the arena. That is something new and it might take awhile for me to accept that 10% of the time, she is close to me and facing me, and the other times, I'm looking only at her distant back.

CARRIE WAS GOOD, BUT THE SOUND WAS NOT
Some songs were barely recognizable. Surprised that her team did not recognize and fix the problem. Such a beautiful voice was lost in the extreme amplification: base, band and her microphone. I could not hear the words 😪.
Cara from Chicago, Illinois
RINGING EARS
The base was so loud and caused ringing and strong vibrations. Couldn't hear the words to songs over the music. Carrie put her all into busting out her voice but she didn't seem into it.. not smiling much, just on repeat. It was her second to last act on tour so maybe she was exhausted. I've have always been a big fan but was a little about disappointed. I did love hearing all the songs, old and new. Maddie & Tae were great and it was an all girls tour.
Bamz from Tampa, Florida
POOR SOUND
Best ever production! Sound was horrible Section 106. Couldn't understand words from songs so bad. Would have been the best concert of a lifetime if the sound was good.
KR from Tampa, Florida
RAP ROCK IS NOT COUNTRY
Starting with Jimmie Allen we were disappointed.
Phillip James from Nashville, Tennessee
SOUND HORRIBLE
The sound was horrible last night. Way too loud, rendering the vocals worthless (couldn't hear).
Cindy from Columbus, Ohio
WOULD HAVE BEEN A 5 STAR SHOW HAD IT NOT BEEN FOR THE SOUND
Carrie's performance was a 5 star but the sound crew should be fired. I knew it wasn't just me when I heard people talking who were sitting around me and then reaffirmed it when I heard people talking when we left the concert (different seats) saying it was the worst sound ever. Except knowing the words to the songs, I didn't understand one word all through the concert.

CARRIE UNDERWOOD - CRY PRETTY TOUR IN OTTAWA
I attended with three friends and we were very disappointed in the concert. Carrie Underwood is promoted as a County Singer but presents as a Rock Star. The volume was beyond extreme and we could not hear one word she sang, most disappointing. She has such a beautiful voice but it was lost in the overall noise.
Barb from Lincoln, Nebraska
DISAPPOINTED
So disappointing. The music was so loud so they turned her mic up and you could not understand a word she was singing. Carrie is so phenomenal, but this was awful. Everyone in the audience was complaining. This is what they do to a “has-been” and Carrie is certainly not that.

CARRIE UNDERWOOD CRY PRETTY TOUR
We love country western concerts and Carrie Underwood. Her team destroyed her music of what made her famous. The band and base was soooo loud, we could not hear Carrie think of being in a metal trash can. The opening bands were drowned out by speakers. The best part of the night was quiet acapella singing where the 3 joined together in tribute to the women of country music. Wow! All the voices were fantastic! Wish we could have heard that in their own music. Too much of a good thing: fireworks, fire columns, confetti, 3 floating stages, ... do we need all that? Missed hearing the beauty of these women and their vocal talent.
Bob Musser from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
SOUND SYSTEM WAS BAD
Bass was way to heavy, Carrie is a singer with great pipes. Difficult make out what was being song on maybe half the songs. This was my fourth concert and the worst. Others were all very good that is why i went back. Will think twice next time about returning to Wells Fargo for any concert.
Dan Sweeney from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
CANNOT AGREE MORE WITH THE LOUD BASE SOUNDS
The music was sooo loud and basey we couldn't understand anyone's lyrics, even the songs we knew.
Even though they upped Carrie's mic it sounded so distorted and tinny.
The DJ was unneeded and only added to the loud noise, and was annoying.
Shame on Carrie's sound directors for ruining her show, we should all demand refunds.
Steve from Toronto, Ontario
SOUND WAS TERRIBLE
This was the worst sound I've ever heard at a concert at the ACC/Scotiabank Centre. I mentioned it to my wife two songs in , and it did not get fixed the entire evening ( it was less bothersome during the few slower songs ). Amazing to me that this could happen for an entire concert and it appears to be an ongoing theme in the reviews. The sound issues ruined the concert, in my opinion.

BAD SOUND AT CHASE CENTER, SAN FRANCISCO
Carrie has a great voice but I couldn't hear her, or Jimmy Allen, or even the musicians. It was just a bunch of muddy, muddled loud noise with Carrie shouting through it. Not sure what she was singing most of the time. At one point, I left to take a restroom break, and the sound was much better outside the arena. I lustened a bit, then left with many others.
John Hunter from Nashville, Tennessee
HORRIBLY LOUD!
I love Carrie, but this was awful! I now have a splitting headache and two hours after the concert, my ears are still ringing. Just like the other reviews have stated, the bass shook Bridgestone Arena in Nashville. The band was way too loud so her mic was loud, and she just sounded shrill at times. The light show drove me crazy too. Maybe I’m too old for concerts, but my 32 year old daughter felt the same way. Very disappointed! I have attended great concerts in Bridgestone, so it was not the venue. Too bad Carrie doesn’t read her reviews and turn down the volume...

OCT 13, 2019 KEYBANK CENTER, BUFFALO NY
The Cry Pretty Tour and Carrie gave a 110% awesome performance. at the Key Bank Center. However, the sound system was out of phase and too loud, way too much bass and tinny - could not understand most of the words sung. What a shame the Concert Audio Technicians failed to check the sound before and during the concert. Did they not hear the same thing all the fans were hearing.... Please fix before the next concert. Thank you

ONE OF WORST SHOWS I HAVE SEEN IN VEGAS
I saw the show on March 26 2022, Unfortunately this is one of the worst shows I've ever seen in vegas. I was sitting front row center mezzanine I have an excellent ear for sound, been around doing DJ, sound setups for shows. The sound was not great, way too loud, could barely hear the various instruments. Was paying attention to drummer and when he would hit the symbols, barely heard at all. Whoever was controlling the board has bad judgement sadly. More often than not, seemed she was trying to overpower the rest of band and was not that clear. I saw 2 other shows last week and were great as always, Vegas shows for the most part are done that much better. I'm not trying to knock Carrie Underwood as I believe she is an unbelievable singer, yet unfortunately at ResortWorld the show was not good. Would not go back if was free, thats how bad it was. Sorry Carrie Underwood
